Tom and Diane Mitchell



Tom Mitchell

• Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative since 1986.

• Tom manages the sales in the office, overseeing each sales transaction.

• Has helped over 3,100 families make their move.

• Consistently ranks in the top 100 agents on the Toronto Real Estate Board which has approx 31,000 members.

   • Ranked in the top 10 Teams for Keller Williams Internationally

• Prior to Tom's career in real estate he worked in the Banking industry as a branch Manager for the RBC.

• Raised in the area and living locally, raising his three children with wife, Diane.

 

 

Diane Mitchell

• Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative since 1985.

• Diane manages the office and its day to day operation - her number one priority is customer service.

• Prior to her career in the real estate industry Diane worked in the banking industry, both in human resources and branch banking.

• Raised in the area and living locally, raising her three children with husband, Tom.

Brandon Kosarow

Born and raised in the Aurora and Keswick townships, Brandon carries an extensive knowledge of the communities surrounding Newmarket. Sandra Bailey - Client Care Administrator

Sandra loves working with people and it shows in her preoccupation with caring for their needs throughout their real estate transaction and beyond. From the moment you first sign your listing with the Mitchell Team, Sandra launches a series of action plans in order to effectively introduce your home on the market. She coordinates the marketing of your home and follows up with realtors to obtain feedback on every showing. Sandra also coordinates the Mitchell Team Client files ensuring all Buyer and Seller Agreements are processed efficiently and that all parties are notified of the status of each transaction Sandra will keep you informed every step of the way to ensure you experience a smooth and stress-free sale.   


 

Stephanie Mulvina - Business Development Administrator

Stephanie’s pleasing personality and servant’s heart make her a wonderful person to deal with. You can count on Stephanie to take care of your real estate needs, greeting customers both over the phone as well as in the Mitchell Team office. Stephanie ensures every customer inquiry is handled with the utmost care. She coordinates our Investors Seminar, Buyers Seminar, Client Appreciation Events and our very successful Client Referral Program.   

 

Rita Nordine - Marketing Coordinator

Rita coordinates the distribution of the Mitchell Teams monthly newsletter. Rita plays a key role in keeping our customer informed of the real estate market trends.  

 

 

 

 


 

Christine Bower - Interior Designer

Christine has been providing interior design and home staging services to Residential and Commercial clients since 1993. Her passion for design is reflected in her commitment to personal service. She will stage your home to encompass all potential Buyers. Christine understands the importance of appealing to home Buyers and setting the stage to welcome them.

Don handles the delivery and pick-up needs for The Mitchell Team with the utmost care and professionalism. Don has resided locally for over 45 years and has been a valuable member of our Team since 2007.
